Application - 激光烧蚀
激光烧蚀是指通过激光束辐照,从固态金属和工业合成材料上将精密层过程去除的流程(如电子产品中使用的成分)。激光功率密度低时,材料被吸收的激光能量以及蒸发或升华加热。激光功率密度高时,材料通常转化为一种等离子体。通常情况下,激光烧蚀是指用脉冲光纤激光器去除材料的流程,但如果激光强度是否足够高,也有可能采用连续波激光对材料进行烧蚀材料。
